BMC-110R2
Our BMC 110 series boring mills are powerful and efficient. They are constructed from a cast iron frame and feature hardened and ground box ways. Standard features include simultaneous 4 axis control and a FANUC 18MC controller. Each model comes with an optional automatic tool changer that can hold up to 90 tools. The R2 model provides twice the headstock travel (Y-Axis) and about 50% more travel on the table cross (X-axis) and Longitudinal travel (Z-Axis) than the previous model.

BMC-110R3
The R3 model is the largest of the BMC 110 series. It provides all the same capabilities of the R2 model but has a wider table, thus increasing the table cross travel (X-Axis) to 118.11 inches.

BMC-135R
The BMC 135R was built for customers that demand more power and load capacity. With a powerful positioning servo motor and a table load capacity of 22,046 lbs, this boring mill is designed to handle heavier parts.
