Each model comes with an optional automatic tool changer that can hold up to 90 tools. The R2 model provides twice the headstock travel (Y-Axis) and about 50% more travel on the table cross (X-axis) and Longitudinal travel (Z-Axis) than the previous model.

The R3 model is the largest of the BMC 110 series. It provides all the same capabilities of the R2 model but has a wider table, thus increasing the table cross travel (X-Axis) to 118.11 inches.

The BMC 135R was built for customers that demand more power and load capacity. With a powerful positioning servo motor and a table load capacity of 22,046 lbs, this boring mill is designed to handle heavier parts.

The BMC-110T2 incorporates a moving column design providing higher machining rigidity and larger work table load capacities. They are constructed from stress relieved Meechanite castings and feature hardened and ground box ways on all axes. The BMC-110T2 comes with an optinal automatic tool changer that can hold up to 90 tools.
